Boston Harbor's Water Taxi
Have someplace to be? Consider taking a water taxi!
Water taxis function like land taxis--passengers can board at a dock or call ahead for a reservation. Tickets are $10. per passenger for a one-way ticket, or $17. round-trip regardless of your destination. So, where exactly can you take a water taxi? Lots of places!
Destinations include; Logan Airport, World Trade Center,Barking Crab, Boston Harbor Islands, Fan Pier, Black Falcon Cruise Terminal, JFK Library,Charlestown Navy Yard, The Children's Museum, service to Hull, Quincy, Winthrop and more!
It's a fun, scenic, and often less expense way to get to your destination! Not to mention, there is no traffic on the harbor! The vessels operate year round, but are covered and heated when need be.

I've taken some of those harbor taxis, and its a great way to see parts of the city, especially if you have people visiting and want to show them around.
ReplyDeleteGreat job with the blogging!
I might take this to school one day when the weather gets nice. Thanks for the tip!
