Watch the Sox vs. Yankees Game at Bleacher Bar!

Wish you had tickets to tomorrows big game? I know I do. While tickets are pricy, watching from home just isn't the same. It's about more than just the game for me. It's the atmosphere! It's the hustle and bustle of the Fenway area. Luckily, there is a solution. How, you ask?

Well, lying beneath the bleachers in center field, a few feet from Ted Williams Red Seat, is the newest addition to Fenway. A unique bar, where the patrons are treated to not only great food and drink, but an unprecedented baseball experience. With a full sized glass window that looks directly through centerfield and into the park, it is the only view of its kind.

You'll want to get there early, as the place is relatively small and fills up quickly.

  1. Great post Nicole! I found out about this place in 2009 when I was 'tailgating' for a Dave Matthews Band concert at Fenway. I was so surprised to see that kind of set up! It seems the place packs up pretty quickly nowadays as people are becoming more aware of the location. I really want to "attend" a game there.

I also want to comment on the formatting of your blog post. I really enjoy the indented paragraph around the photograph. Awesome idea pointing out the public transportation and your own recommendation. Adds a cute ending to a delicious article.

  2. What a great find, Nicole. Have you been there recently? I would love to try it my next time at Fenway Park. I also noticed that there is another restaurant that is also open during non-game times.
I love all of the info that you provide in Best of Beantiwn.
